# Scopes for Get Plan Usage endpoint

**Description**  
The documentation of get usage endpoint states the below -

`Scopes: billing:master for master and sub accounts. account:read:admin for regular Zoom accounts.`

I have 2 questions -

1. Does the regular account here mean an account without a sub-account?

2. My use case involves getting the plan usage for sub-accounts and master accounts, and only the master account (if sub-accounts are not present). Do I need to request for both the scopes(billing:master and account:read:admin) for me to achieve this?

Hi @akankshkn91,

Thanks for reaching out about this, and good question. To get the plan usage for both master and sub accounts, I do believe you’ll need both of these scopes:  
billing:master  
account:read:admin

In this context, yes, I believe regular account refers to an account without sub accounts.
