I’m trying to run zoom\_sdk\_demo from c#.
When I execute ZOOM\_SDK\_DOTNET\_WRAP. CZoomSDKeDotNetWrap.Instance.GetAuthServiceWrap(). SDKAuth(param); it systematically returns SDKERR\_UNINITIALIZE.

I got app\_key and app\_secret for JWT and OAuth and in both cases it works the same.

Hi [rperazzolli](https://devforum.zoom.us/u/rperazzolli),

Thanks for using Zoom SDK. The SDK Auth is expecting SDK key & secret. Please follow the instruction here to create an SDK app:[https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/getting-started/app-types/create-sdk-app](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/getting-started/app-types/create-sdk-app)

Thanks!

Thanks for the answer, Carson.

If I try to enter with the same key pair to the example in c++ (sdk\_demo\_v2) it works perfectly.

I’m still investigating and something’s not working before the first screen. On the App.xml.cs unit, in the routine Application\_Startup, the following line of code returns SDKERR\_MODULE\_LOAD\_FAILED.

ZOOM\_SDK\_DOTNET\_WRAP.SDKError err = ZOOM\_SDK\_DOTNET\_WRAP.CZoomSDKeDotNetWrap.Instance.Initialize(param);

I probably need to adjust the input parameter (param). I would appreciate some example of how to initialize it.

I guess that SDKERR\_UNINITIALIZE is because of that failure in initialization.

Thank you again.

Hi [rperazzolli](https://devforum.zoom.us/u/rperazzolli),

If you are trying to run the C# wrapper demo app([https://github.com/zoom/zoom-c-sharp-wrapper/tree/master/zoom\_sdk\_demo](https://github.com/zoom/zoom-c-sharp-wrapper/tree/master/zoom_sdk_demo)), please make sure your build configuration is:" x86" and “Release”. And you could build the demo app without doing any modification.

Yes, the SDKERR\_UNINITIALIZE means the SDK was not successfully initialized.

Hope this helps. Thanks!
