I am a beginner. I want to create “Server to Server OAuth App” but in the main menu (Develop-\>Build App) in ([https://marketplace.zoom.us/](https://marketplace.zoom.us/)) the three options (General app, Server to Server OAuth App and Webhook Only App) is not enabled. How I can enable this options? I have a licenced account. ---
