# Smart Embed - Contact Center

Hello!

I am working on a POC for a client that wants to conditionally set the Outbound Caller ID depending on the customer location. I have explored the Smart Embed events, but I don’t see something like that. Is there a way to select the corresponding option in the ZCC iframe?

Hi @omar.delgado this is currently not supported. I will share this feedback to our product team.

You can also request your Zoom account team to raise a formal feature request on your behalf and we can use that to track and handle future enhancement planning.
