We have integrated Zoom with a custom software made by [https://www.myclassboard.com/](https://www.myclassboard.com/) & they have integrated the platform using web sdk, apart from issue of having limited set of functionalities we are not able to conduct meetings as there is a consistent lag in audio transmission between host & participants. This issue does not happen when Zoom native software is used.

Are others also facing same issues ? is there any clarity / solution to this ?

So we can investigate, can you both please provide:

1. Version of the Web SDK you are using
2. The Local or CDN method?
3. Browser and browser version
4. Device and device version

Thanks,
Tommy
