# StartAppShare not working

Hi team,

I’m trying to share a window directly when my meeting starts.

I tried to use “hDirectShareAppWnd” parameter but I’m facing an issue as mentioned in the below link:

m\_pMeetingService-\>Start(startParam);  
m\_pMeetingService-\>GetMeetingShareController()-\>StartAppShare(hWnd);

But the window is not being shared.

**Which Windows Meeting SDK version?**  
zoom-sdk-windows-5.11.1.6653

Could you please let me know if there is some other way I can share the window?

Fixed it.  
There was a mistake with the flow in my code.
