# Stuck approval for app

In two separate update requests, my app has frozen in the App Approval step and never published to external users.

I have passed Functional Review and Security Review then get stuck here for almost 2 weeks. Then the date will randomly update, like it did yesterday but no change occurred in progressing.

Why is there a hang up at the end if the reviews are approved?

My app users desperately need the update pushed and if the reviews are passed, I expected the app to be approved and distributed quickly.

Hello,

Sorry you’re having this problem. Can you please provide your app name so I can try and figure out what’s going on with your app? Secondly, please make sure you choose the correct category when posting on the devforum.

We asre also facing same issue, last response from ZOOM was on 26th July. Can you please help us with that ? @kwaku.nyante

@SharpDM The app was submitted for approval yesterday. Expect a response by Wednesday since SLA is 72 hours and it does not include weekends
