# Support Needed - autoCreate API

I tried to hit this API: [https://api.zoom.us/v2/users](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users)

Payload:  
{  
“action”: “autoCreate”,  
“user\_info”: {  
“email”: “jag\*\*\*\*\*@gm**[l.com](http://l.com)",  
“type”: 1,  
“first\_name”: “Terry”,  
“last\_name”: “Jones”,  
“password”: "**\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*”  
}  
}

but i am getting this response"  
{  
“code”: 200,  
“message”: “No privilege.”  
}

So few questions,  
1.Is a developer account needed to do this to create user API ?  
2. Is my account not a developer account ?  
3. How to get a developer account ?  
4. Shd we need to buy a pro account, to use these API’s ?

Hi @jagajeevan to use autoCreate, your account will need to have a Managed Domain:
