# Team Chat Hyperlinks

Hi,

My application uses the Zoom Chat API to search team chat messages for references (e.g. an order number). When a match is found, it updates the message to include a URL linking to the relevant order record on our internal system.

Up until about a week ago, these URLs appeared in Zoom Team Chat as clickable hyperlinks. However, they now show only as plain text.

Has there been a recent change to the way Zoom handles hyperlinks in edited messages? Is there a new formatting requirement or setting I need to apply?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
