I can’t post on this thread, but maybe someone find this useful: [Server to Server OAuth Zoom Authentication - Application Disabled](https://devforum.zoom.us/t/server-to-server-oauth-zoom-authentication-application-disabled/71946)

I found that Zoom does not refresh the active / not active page on the app when all the scopes are deleted. The app goes inactive but the active / not active page doesn’t update for a little while.
