# The current sdk doesn't support registration

**Description**  
The current sdk version doesn’t support register, please upgrade to the latest version. I was trying to join a meeting

**Error**  
{method: “join”, status: false, result: “The current sdk version doesn’t support register m…ng/webinar, please upgrade to the latest version.”, errorMessage: “Fail to join the meeting.”, errorCode: 1}

**Which Web Client SDK version?**  
1.9.1  
Knowing the version can help us to identify your issue faster. [e.g. 1.9.0]

Hey @adekoya.adebayojubri,

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Currently, the [Web SDK](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/web#zoom-web-sdk) only supports joining registration required Webinars - but not meetings.

If you are trying to start/join a meeting with registration required that is likely the cause of the issue you’re seeing.
