Hey @zan.zhang, Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. I just have a couple of questions to get started: 1. Does this happen every time you join a meeting? 2. Does this happen with Chrome only? 3. Do you see any errors in the console when this happens? One thing I’m noticing is that you are using the same version. If possible, the quickest solution here is likely to upgrade to the latest version of the [Web SDK](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/web#zoom-web-sdk) (2.0.1) and also update to the latest version of Chrome. Along with that, you would want to follow our guide on [Improving Web SDK Performance](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/overview/improve-performance).
