Hey @vinod,

Let me know if my post here answers your question:

> [@When will the Fully Customizable SDK be available?](https://devforum.zoom.us/t/when-will-the-fully-customizable-sdk-be-available/36207):
>
> I’ve clicked on ‘get started’ and filled out the contact form at least 5 times now, and nobody has got back to me. I’ve also contacted regular support and they have no idea what I’m talking about when I mention the fully customisable SDK, and keep referring me to the windows SDK roll_eyes. Please can someone just let me know how to begin working with the new SDK? Otherwise I’ll be moving away from Zoom all together… Thanks, Alex

Thanks,
Tommy

Hey @vinod ,

You can now start using the Video SDK (renamed from Fully Customizable SDK).

Get started here: [https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/video/introduction](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/video/introduction) 🙂

Thanks,
Tommy

@tommy I get an error when installing the SDK from npm:

```auto
Heye @andreig_zoom ,
Please see my post here for instructions on getting started with the Video SDK:
> Hey @minpelle , @woasidh1 , Apologies for the issues. We are working to update our Web Video SDK docs with the proper install flow. (Docs have since been updated). In the meantime, to use the Web Video SDK, you need to [create a Video SDK App type](https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/create) in our marketplace, and then you will see the download link. NOTE: You will need a new, seperate Zoom account specifically for the Video SDK, click “Buy Now” [here](https://zoom.us/docs/en-us/video-sdk.html) to sign…
Thanks,
Tommy
