# Transcript file not recieved in webhook payload, event recording.completed

We are not receiving transcript file in the webhook for event recording.completed.

Meeting number - 936 7658 7244  
Host - INDIAN COUNCIL OF APPLIED JYOTISHA  
Start Time - Sep 23, 2025 01:57:05 AM

We only received active\_speaker and timeline files for this meeting.

Hi @elisa.zoom ,

Yes, we are still facing this issue. We’ve enabled **“Create Audio Transcript”** under Advanced Cloud Recording Settings, but we’re not receiving any transcript files in the `recording.completed` webhooks for any meetings.

Could you please advise if any additional setup or meeting-level action is required to ensure transcripts are generated and included in the webhook?

Can you please try using the recording.transcript\_completed webhook event
