I would like to transfer ownership of our developed Zoom app to another user on our account - the developer who is going to own it going forward. I see elsewhere that this isn’t supported in a self-service manner right now but can be actioned by Zoom. To where should I email this request? Thanks, Simon ---

Hi @simon, yes this does currently have to be handled individually. We’re working on providing better tools for this. Can you email [developersupport@zoom.us](mailto:developersupport@zoom.us) with the userID / email & app you would like to transfer from, and the new userID / email you would like to transfer to? ---

Update: To transfer ownership of a Created app, as an admin navigate to the app by: 1. Manage \> Apps on Account \> and select the Created Apps tab 2. In the Action Column of the created app Click ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex016/uploads/zoomdeveloper/original/3X/7/2/7266be5a3deb0dbcfc1e95909ca91d03dc37912c.png) and select transfer app developer ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex016/uploads/zoomdeveloper/original/3X/a/4/a44a32152326ff68efbd28c37e99749a6b197c67.jpeg) Clicking transfer app will prompt a confirmation to transfer the app. You can only transfer the app to another person within your account.
