# Trying to add a user with the create user API

**Description**  
hi,  
I have created a JWT app and am trying to add a user with the create user API

[https://api.zoom.us/v2/users](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users)

if i need to upgrade please answer the below questions:

**For Pro plan, can you please tell me about the**

- hourly and daily limits for API calls for creating user?

- Is there any limit to the total number of users I can add?

**Error**  
{  
“code”: 2016,  
“message”: “No permission, please contact Zoom customer support.”  
}  
**App Type (JWT )**
