# Unable to Create User

Unable to create new user with develoer account  
**Error**  
{  
“code”: 200,  
“message”: “No privilege.”  
}

i’m try to create new user but showing No privilege

Welcome to the community!

Could you confirm if you’re on a Basic or Pro account? You’ll need at least a [Pro Account](https://zoom.us/pricing) to call Zoom’s APIs.

Ah okay, as mentioned you’ll need at least a Pro account to do this.
