# Unable to Get call queue recordings

**Description**  
not able to get the call data using above call

**Error?**

“code”: 404,  
“message”: “The user extension does not exist, extensionId:329qZ9OuRrmckhqVMDIYqQ.”  
}

Hi @shubham.kumar ,

Is this still an issue? Is there another way you’re been able to verify the callQueueId?
