# Unable to join computer audio zoom web sdk

**Description**  
Hi i am getting an error in zoom websdk(1.9.6)  
Your browser doesn’t support using computer’s Audio device, please upgrade your browser to the latest version.

My website is served via ngrok(https secured)  
Already gave audio and video permissions to the browser

Please let me know how to fix this

**Which Web Client SDK version?**  
1.9.6

Hey @hariprasad,

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Please make sure that you have `isSupportAV` set to `true`:

If that doesn’t help, please share how you are calling the init() and join() functions. You can also test with our [Sample Web App](https://github.com/zoom/sample-app-web).
