# Unable to join meeting using web sdk

**Description**  
Used web SDK for zoom integration in web application. While joining meeting it displays the consent of recording, after clicking any where on the screen including buttons IFrame content will disappear and a black screen remain and no audio or video is rendered.

1.9.1

No steps to reproduce, not coming frequently and start working after some time.

Was it previously working? Have you tried testing it without iFrames?
