# Update require password to access shared cloud recordings user setting

How can we update " Require password to access shared cloud recordings"? The [API v2 User Settings](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/users/usersettings) does not appear to have a an option to update this setting.

@syed.alli the [API Reference](http://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/introduction) will be the best way to compare features. Most features available in account or user settings are reflected through the API
