# User customized outbound caller ID empty response

**Description**  
_Before assigning an additional phone number I want to store the current outbound caller ID.  
The API request returns 200 but no records: {“next\_page\_token”:“”,“page\_size”:30,“total\_records”:0}._

**Error?**  
_no error_

**How To Reproduce**  
_Steps to reproduce the behavior:_  
_1. GET /phone/users/{userId}/outbound\_caller\_id/customized\_numbers_  
_2. Response is 200_  
_3. Response object {“next\_page\_token”:“”,“page\_size”:30,“total\_records”:0}_
