**Description** We are developing an android box with USB audio (mic & speaker). The USB audio device is similar as a smart speaker with 4 mics. Zoom App can not access the USB mic and speaker. However, we tested another 3rd party video call App and system audio recording App. They all work fine. What’s the requirement of using USB audio? **Which version?** 4.5.5699.1027 on Google Play **Smartphone (please complete the following information):** - Device: Android Box - OS: Android - Version: 7.1 ---

Hi [mtch168](https://devforum.zoom.us/u/mtch168), Thanks for the post and the log. It looks like the audio device is not recognized. Does the Zoom app have the proper permission granted to access the audio device? Please double-check the permissions and see if it helps. This issue occurred whether using the app download form Google Play Store or SDK. And the audio device permission definitely without any problem. The audio device is XMOS (see [https://www.xmos.com/products/#audio](https://www.xmos.com/products/#audio)), and we are using this audio device in Android box with other video conference software such as Skype without any trouble. ---
