Zoom has recently added new APIs for whiteboards, but I’m getting an error that “This API endpoint is not recognized.”, anyone else having the same issue? What am I doing wrong? **Here is what I got:** 1. Using the following references: [https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/19707996295053-Zoom-Whiteboard-October-16-2023](https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/19707996295053-Zoom-Whiteboard-October-16-2023) [Zoom Whiteboard API](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/whiteboard/methods/#operation/ListWhiteboards) 2. Added scopes: Whiteboard: whiteboard:read:admin, whiteboard\_collaborator:read:admin 3. Endpoint: /v2/whiteboards - I’m able to query any other API/endpoint, such as users, meetings, cloud recordings, etc. but not whiteboards. - We have enterprise account. **Error received:** ```auto HTTP Status Code: 404 HTTP Reason: Not Found Response: {'code': 2300, 'message': 'This API endpoint is not recognized.'} ``` **In Zoom Call Logs:** ```auto Method: GET Endpoint: https://api.zoom.us/v2/whiteboards Status: 404 Tracking ID: v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=WEB_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ``` ---

Hi Elisa, Didn’t see your message, but regardless, after further testing, I’m now seeing the following, it happens randomly: API Call #1 Error: {‘code’: 111802, ‘message’: ‘Permission is needed to access this document’} API Call#2 Error: {‘code’: 2300, ‘message’: ‘This API endpoint is not recognized.’} Mostly I get the 111802 error, for testing, I added all Whiteboard permissions and the issue continues. \< couldn’t attach screen capture \> From the app call logs I can see the 403s and 404s and what is interesting is that the Endpoint changes when I get the 403 vs 404. For 403, I see: [https://openapi.zoom.us/v2/whiteboards](https://openapi.zoom.us/v2/whiteboards) For 404, I see: [https://api.zoom.us/v2/whiteboards](https://api.zoom.us/v2/whiteboards) \< couldn’t attach screen capture \> ---
