Hi, I have an ASUS ROG with AMD Ryzen 7 3750H and a GEFORCE GTX 1660 TI so I think should be able to handle virtual background, but Zoom software says its incompatible. Any workaround? ---

Hi [c.barb](https://devforum.zoom.us/u/c.barb), Thanks for using Zoom SDK. May I ask is this issue related to Zoom official client or Zoom SDK? If it is the official Zoom client, then I might not be the best person to speak with. Please visit [https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003) and contact support, and one of our Zoom experts will be happy to assist you. Thanks! ---
