Hello Zoom Developers, here are the updates for the **Web Meeting SDK version 1.9.8 release** :

## Chrome 93 Breaking Changes for Web Meeting/Video SDK

The release of Chrome 93 on August 31st will result in [breaking changes to WebCodecs due to API updates](https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/blink-dev/c/7D3kMROZrqw), which breaks the [Web Meeting SDK](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/web) and [Web Video SDK](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/video/web) ability to send video. To use Chrome 93+, you **must upgrade** to [Web Meeting SDK 1.9.8+](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@zoomus/websdk) and [Web Video SDK 1.1.4+](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@zoom/videosdk).

## Fixed:

- Bug where Webinar attendee list was empty and Q&A and Raise Hand buttons were disabled.

- WebCodecs send-video errors due to breaking changes to the WebCodecs API in Chrome 93. [Chrome 93 release scheduled for Aug 31](https://www.chromestatus.com/features/schedule).

Does this also apply to other Chromium browsers, such as Vivaldi, Edge and Brave?
