Good question! While the Web SDK supports a resolution up to 360p, it’s possible that the actual resolution could be lower due to performance, or network limitations on the sending or receiving device. It could also be related to any resizing of the Zoom Meeting in the SDK with custom CSS or JS.
However, If you join a meeting with the Web SDK where the host is using the Zoom Client, it is possible to see the Host’s video in a maximum resolution of 720p. The same is true for other users that are using the Zoom Client. Video from the Web SDK is limited to 360p currently.
