@elisa.zoom hi Any news on this? It’s been over a month now and I’m still having the problem. I only receive the development webhooks event, even though the recording is done with the production application. ---

Hi @lvargas sorry to hear that you are having issues with the recording.completed event. Do you have a recent meeting ID that you were supposed to receive the event and you didn’t, also the name of your app please so I can take a closer look ---

The name of the application is Koyag Studio I have tested EDITED which is the same account with which the application was created. In this case, even though we are using the production version, the notification reaches the development endpoint and not the production one. Meeting ID: 99207191969 For any other zoom account, the notifications are not reaching any endpoint. ---

We haven’t made any changes since publishing the app earlier this year. Before May everything was working fine. ---

Hi @lvargas Could you please make sure that the app is authorized in the account that was expecting to receive the webhook? it looks like it is not authorized ---
