**How To Reproduce**  
This is intermittent most of the request are successful.

_Steps to reproduce the behavior:_  
_1. Request URL / Headers **(without credentials or sensitive info like emails, uuid, etc.)** / Body_  
NA  
_2. Authentication method or app type_  
“secret token and verification token”

_3. Any errors_  
“responseData”: “3,000 milliseconds timeout on connection http-outgoing-8037578 [ACTIVE]”,
