# Webinar API problem

when calling some API ( e…g [https://api.zoom.us/v2/past\_webinars/{webinarId}/qa](https://api.zoom.us/v2/past_webinars/%7BwebinarId%7D/qa) ) to retrieve data of past webinar, it may return error saying the “account has not subscribed to a webinar plan” , why it require this?

but, some API (e.g. [https://api.zoom.us/v2/report/webinars/{webinarId}](https://api.zoom.us/v2/report/webinars/%7BwebinarId%7D) ) not require this.

Hey @m.wf,

Does the host of the webinar have the webinar plan? If so, please share the webinarID so I can look into this further. 🙂

the host no longer has webinar plan, what we are doing is using the API to automate the generation of some reports

I see, if the host does not have the webinar plan, then the reports won’t work for that user/host.
