Hi Zoom team,

We’re seeing a discrepancy between the webinar poll report API and the poll report exported manually from the Zoom web portal.

For the **same webinar occurrence UUID** :

| Source | Individual question-answer records |
| --- | --- |
| `GET /v2/report/webinars/{uuid}/polls` | 48 |
| `GET /v2/report/meetings/{uuid}/polls` | 50 |
| Manual poll CSV export | 50 |

The webinar API still returned 48 records when checked again more than an hour after the webinar ended. Our integration handles pagination using `next_page_token`.

Following a [similar community report](https://devforum.zoom.us/t/missing-poll-data-from-get-webinar-poll-reports-endpoint/146178), we tested the meeting report endpoint. It returned the two missing responses, but **their email addresses differed from those in the manual export**.

Anonymized examples—all addresses below are placeholders:

| Response | Manual CSV email | Meeting API email |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Attendee A | [attendee-a@example.com](mailto:attendee-a@example.com) | [account-a@example.org](mailto:account-a@example.org) |
| Attendee B | [attendee-b@example.com](mailto:attendee-b@example.com) | [account-b@example.org](mailto:account-b@example.org) |

For these two responses, the names, questions, answers, and submission times match. The other 48 records also match between the two APIs.

We use **Server-to-Server OAuth**. Our integration matches poll responses to webinar registrants by email, so this difference affects downstream processing.

Could you please clarify:

1. Why does the webinar report endpoint omit responses that appear in the manual export and meeting report endpoint?
2. Do these sources use different email identities, such as Zoom account email versus webinar registration email?
3. Is using the meeting report endpoint for a webinar officially supported?
4. What is the recommended way to retrieve complete webinar poll responses and reliably associate them with registrants?

We can provide the webinar UUID, request details, and supporting reports privately through an approved support channel.

Thank you!

We’ve confirmed with one affected attendee that they registered using their Gmail address but joined while signed in to Zoom with their company account. The manual CSV export shows their registration email, while the meeting report API shows their Zoom account email. Their poll responses are missing entirely from the webinar report API across two separate webinars.

Could you investigate whether the webinar report endpoint incorrectly excludes responses when the registration email differs from the signed-in Zoom account email?
