Why the screen of zoom hanging when i share my screen with my students?

I am using zoom free from last 3 months recently I have noticed that it’s screen is hanging or sticking on particular sites constantly after I share the screen with my team, I have a good laptop with a dedicated gpu,
Those sites are:

  • W3 School
  • Github
  • video and Image Editing Softwears like adobe premire, and ilustrator
  • paintballmaskarena
  • blender maya and other animation softwears
  • Social media accounts and pages.

I am trying to find the problem multiple time but I cannot figure it out, what is actual reason and why the screen is hanging on these sites, is this becasue of my laptop specs.
NOTE:

  1. mostly i have faced this issue when i start rendering my final product.
  2. paintballmaskarena is a sample site which I use for designing tutorials.
    My site has many issues like rneder blocakge Erros, unused CSS andjavascript, and urls seems irregular, still iam strugling to slove the all problems,

I am windows 10 user

my website faced Ddos attack last week, i have scaned my website with wordfence and integrate with Cloudflare as well.
also i have scaned my laptop with windows defener.
