# Working with Oauth token

Hi everyone,  
So i’m working a monitoring script **(Bash scripts)**, and i’m trying to get all Zoom Rooms status using REST API.  
The thing is, I managed to make it work using the JWT Token (with curl request), but I want to set scopes to the app.  
So I created an Oauth app on the Marketplace, I gave it dashboard:read:admin Scope, but I just can’t understand how does it work…how do I generate the Oauth token/what creds do I have to use ?  
a little help here will be more then great! 🙂
