# ZAK Token Production Error : (Request failed with status code forbidden)

### There is problem while fetching zak token in production.

**Request api : _[https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userId}/token?type=zak](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/%7BuserId%7D/token?type=zak)_**

This request thrown an error with the message **“Request failed with status code forbidden”**.

Although while requesting from postman or localhost with same zoom access token, it is working.

Hi @bipulmgr ,

it seems you may not be calling the API from your code correctly. Can you make sure that your headers are correct?
