# Zoom API Error (multi session/conference type event)

**Primary Blocker**

I have an integration that I am getting an error when trying to create a multi session event. The integration must first create a multi-session (One event with many sessions that users can register for) Zoom Event using. The zoom support team has confirmed that my license has this enabled, but has refused to help since they call it a configuration issue.

```auto
POST /v2/zoom_events/events
event_type: CONFERENCE
hub_id: dXsadsadaE8Pw

```

Zoom rejects that request with:

```auto
HTTP 403
Code 260207
"The hub does not support conference type events."

```
