Following up on an announcement from [Zoomtopia 2022](https://blog.zoom.us/build-with-zoom/), we’re excited to share a new sample project from AWS showcasing how the Windows Meeting SDK can be used as a virtual participant for audio capture and transcription on AWS. The sample app deploys the Zoom Meeting SDK for connection to AWS AI services (Amazon Transcribe), serverless computing (AWS Lambda and Fargate), and media streaming (Amazon Kinesis Video Stream), for an entry point to build a range of end-user experiences. **Getting started with the sample app** To get started with the AWS Virtual Participant Framework for RTC, you’ll need a [test account in AWS](https://aws.amazon.com/free/), ideally with administrator privileges.
