# Zoom Chatbot using Chatbot-Cli giving Error 500 when posting Message

Chatbot message api

**Description**  
I am creating a Zoom Chatbot and have followed the guide: [link](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/chatbots/using-the-chatbot-cli/)

When I test this, I am able to install the bot \> type “help” in the bot \> get the text “help” typed from the bot (in log) \> this runs the “Help” script that comes with the demo \> When the bot tries to send a message back to zoom the API call fails with error 500 “Service Unavailable”.

I tried this exact guide a few years back and everything worked perfectly. This time around the only thing that is not working is posting a message back to zoom. Wondering if chatbot-cli library is broken?

I have also tested the same API Post request in Postman and it successfully sends a message to Zoom chat.

**Error?**  
Error Code: 500 Message: Service Unavailable

**How To Reproduce**

- Follow Guide (link above)
- Type “Help” to run help command that comes with bot
- Log out error when Bot tries to send message back to zoom chat
