## Using this template helps us debug your issues more effectively 🙂 **Description** Is it possible to download recordings via the download link returned by the API when cloud recordings are disabled in the admin settings? Hey @rdbigelow, When disabling Cloud Recording account wide, this disables it for administrators and via API access. What is your use case for occasionally enabling Cloud Recording for admins only? Thanks, Max ---
