**Description** You cannot authorize the app You cannot install the app because you don’t have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again. **Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?** OAuth We have created New Role as same as Admin Role in [zoom.us](http://zoom.us). Hey @Naresh, The issue is the “View sub accounts report and dashboard data” scopes. What endpoints are you using that need these scopes? An admin will only have the Sub Account permission if the account installing your app is a master account. Thanks, Tommy
