# Zoom Phone API code:2031

Hi, I’m trying to get a user’s phone details i.e. extension with the below GETrequest, however I’m getting back an error : {“code”:2031,“message”:“Zoom Phone has not been enabled for this account.”}

GET: [https://api.zoom.us/v2/phone/users/me](https://api.zoom.us/v2/phone/users/me)

I’ve got a zoom phone setup and running on my user and followed the steps to get the user code and then get the relevant token for said user code and using the token as a header bearer token to authenticate.

Hi Elisa,

Yes it’s part of our organization, I’ve got a zoom phone app with direct number. The webhook url works as well just the rest api having issues.
