# Zoom SDK Server outage?

**Description**  
Hi all, we got error reports that people cannot join the zoom from the SDK client and the error message is “time out”. The error code is 3622. It happened around 6:10 am PST to 10:00 am PST.

Could you help check if there’s any issue on your side?

Around the same time, we got users reported isues with the following error code

{“status”: false, “errorCode”: 1, “method”: “join”, “result”: “Please wait. The webinar will begin soon.”}

Thank you for reporting these issues! Please send an email to [developersupport@zoom.us](mailto:developersupport@zoom.us) with a link to this thread. In that email, please include a Meeting/Webinar ID where you saw this issue.

I’ll investigate the errors further from there.
