#  Zoom-side resource issue

### Hello Zoom Developer Support,

We are experiencing an issue with the Zoom Meeting SDK integrated into our React-based ACAP application.

**Issue details:**

- The meeting joins successfully, but the Whiteboard toolbar is missing.

- The issue affects all faculty users.

- Whiteboard works in a direct Zoom test meeting.

- The issue persists in Chrome Incognito.

- The following request returns **403 Forbidden** :

`https://st1.zoom.us/web_client_whiteboard/mugb3o7o/dist/js/whiteboard-sdk.js`

**Environment:**

- SDK: `@zoom/meetingsdk`

- Installed version: `3.13.2`

- Integration: Web Meeting SDK, Client View using `ZoomMtg.init()` and `ZoomMtg.join()`

- Browser: Google Chrome

Could you investigate why the Whiteboard SDK resource is returning 403 and advise whether this is related to account permissions, SDK configuration, or a Zoom-side resource issue?

Please also confirm whether we should change the SDK version or any Whiteboard collaboration settings.

We can provide additional network logs and screenshots if required.
