# Zoom Web SDK 2.8.0 - problem with audio

**Description**  
Integrated Zoom Web SDK on website. In Component view of Embedded Zoom Meeting SDK realisation users can’t hear other participants. Sometimes user can’t hear other users at all, sometimes - user can’t hear only one another user and sometimes they hear, for example, 2 of 5 other participants.

**Which Web Meeting SDK version?**  
2.8.0

**Device (please complete the following information):**

- Device: PC, mobile - it doesn’t matter.
- OS - mostly Windows
- Browser - mostly Google Chrome
