# Zoom Webhook Setup Problem

I want to receive webhook notifications when missed calls occur in Zoom.

Notifications are received when Zoom is active,  
but webhook notifications are not received when Zoom is inactive.  
Is there insufficient configuration? Is the webhook specification wrong?

・callee missed a phone call

Hi @user106  
What do you mean notifications are not received when Zoom is inactive?  
It is by design that if you are not logged in and if you do not have the app running, those events won’t get triggered
