# ZoomPhone supported device\_type string values

**Description**  
What are the supported values list for _device\_type_ in API response for [/phone/metrics/call\_logs/{call\_id}](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/phone/methods#operation/getCallLogMetricsDetails).

**Issue**  
If there’s any list of supported device types then it’d really great.

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**

- OAuth

**Which Endpoint/s?**

- [/phone/metrics/call\_logs/{call\_id}](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/phone/methods#operation/getCallLogMetricsDetails).

PS: I’ve asked this before [here](https://devforum.zoom.us/t/zoomphone-supported-device-type-values/67390) but didn’t get any response. Please help me with the query. I’m in urgent need of this. 🙏

Thank you for your patience while I worked on this issue.  
I just heard back from the team and the device type could be one of the following:

Windows\_Client  
MAC\_Client  
Linux\_Client  
Android\_Phone  
IOS\_Phone  
Android\_Pad  
IOS\_Pad  
Zoom Phone Appliance  
Windows\_VDI\_Client  
MAC\_VDI\_Client  
Linux\_VDI\_Client
