Activate Oauth Authentication Header Option in webhooks

Hello Zoom,

we don’t have the option to authenticate webhooks using oauth token on our account.

I’ve seen this topic Webhook Authentication Header option is not listing 'Token Authentication'(OAuth) in my app - #4 by elisa.zoom so I wrote to support and got reffered back here.

We do not have paid developer support. What is the correct way to get this feature activated? Even in the help article there is a banner to contact developer support. I’m lost.
