Add a new API property indicating whether HIPAA BAA security setting is enabed for Zoom account. This setting is a major blocker for our Zoom Marketplace app because when it is enabled, it prevents Zoom from sending attendee name and email in WebHook notifications our app is subscribed to.
We also need this feature to ensure the clinics have a HIPAA BAA account before we can integrate their zoom account with our health software.
