We are a Video SDK account, all our users are in Slovakia/Czechia, but sessions route through US data centers (DCA/IAD) even with geo_regions: 'DE,NL' in the JWT.

Please enable geo_regions / EU data center routing for our account."

I don’t think so. Where do I find these settings for VideoSDK?
