Allowing participants video image to be visible

I am hosting a Zoom meeting with 100 participants each month. At their request I allow them to make their video image visible. However, I have heard that allowing up to 100 video images to be shown impacts on bandwidth and may compromise a speaker using ‘screen share’ for instance. Does allowing multiple video thumbnails impact on bandwidth???

I’m not sure what SDK’s are, but I’m going onto zoom.us on my laptop and everything seems to be directly linked to zoom, and we are registered with zoom for a 100+ user licence.
