API Not Updating Agent Disputes To Match GUI

Our company has identified an issue where evaluation response changes made through the Zoom Quality Management dispute process do not appear to update correctly in the Zoom API data, though they do appear in the web GUI. We use this API data for downstream reporting. Standard edits to evaluations made outside the dispute process have been tested and do update correctly.

When an evaluator changes an answer through the dispute process, the updated response does not appear to be reflected in the API data. This is isolated to edits made in the dispute workflow. This creates discrepancies between the evaluation visible in Zoom, the data returned through the Zoom API, and quality dashboards for reporting on responses. As a result, reported quality metrics may not match the actual finalized evaluation.

The issue appears isolated specifically to evaluations modified through the dispute workflow. Standard edits made outside of the dispute process are successfully reflected in the API data.
For additional context, we do not assign point values to individual responses. Therefore, the response change did not result in a score change. However, the underlying response value was modified and should still be reflected accurately in the API data.

Anyone have any idea why the API data is not reflecting the updates in disputes, or how to get those updates via the API?

The API calls look similar to this: /v2/qm/evaluation/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
